Hotel Reservation Call Center and On-line Reservation Service
Visitors Guide Reservation service began in 1997 as a way to stimulate overnight stays during the shoulder and non-peak seasons of hotels that advertise in our visitors guides.

PROVEN TRACK RECORD OF SUCCESS

We now operate call centers representing over 25 hotel properties in Bellingham/Whatcom County and Snohomish County. Both programs have shown steady increases in room nights over the past three years — booking nearly 3,500 room nights into their hotels during the non-peak season each October through April.

Needless to say, this is of huge importance to the hotel industry in their respective communities and helps secure the ties with the DMO administrators and the funding organizations who can demonstrate an excellent Return on Investment for the Hotel/Motel tax dollars spent to promote this popular program.

In addition, we managed the reservation center for the North Cascades region for the State of Washington's "See Washington First" advertising campaign. Due in large part to our exceptional web reservation site and call center support, our region booked over 700% more room nights than any other region in the state.

100% TRACKABLE AND ACCOUNTABLE

We provide complete reports including reservations and room nights, media sources (to determine accurate ROI for each media in which ads are placed). These reports provide an excellent way to assess the effectiveness of the program and support advertising campaign.
