We have developed a hosted, online reservation system complete with 7-day-a-week call center support. Working with local destination marketing organizations and hotel partners, we offer a service that tracks 100% of the bookings through a central reservation system. This allows the DMO to get extremely accurate return-on-investment reports for their advertising dollars. This service is funded by booking fees from the hotels.

We have helped many DMOs secure sporting tournament contracts by providing a central housing bureau for teams attending local sporting events. The tournament organizers like to offer this service as a convenience to the participants and often depend on a revenue share from room nights their events generate to help offset tournament expenses.

In addition, we can serve as a “Virtual Reservation Center” for individual hotels who need extra help to smooth out staffing needs for high- and low-demand seasonal fluctuations.
